Mubeen Bhutta Policy Manager at the British Heart Foundation said: "We welcome this report which echoes the vision for the next decade of the Cardio Vascular Coalition. "We know prevention measures are the most effective way to reduce illness and prevent premature death. With rising obesity rates and an increasigly ageing population we need a heart strategy that is ready for the challenges ahead.
