Healthcare is no longer about just treating illness; it is an opportunity to promote good health. The workplace is not just about a job; it is also an opportunity for health improvement. With so much media attention on healthy eating, quitting smoking and losing weight, most people are more aware than ever about the ways in which they need to improve their health.
